A retired Naval Officer with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in information technology and intelligence systems, he has a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex, and globally dispersed organizations. His teams have established new benchmarks in acquiring, optimizing and delivering data and digital transformational systems, and building strong relationships across diverse and complex organizations.

Dave came to E3 Business Consulting after leading a defense focused customer success account team in a Fortune 50 company and sales in a Silicon Valley emerging technology company. Both experiences led to significant focus and passion for serving clients in business strategy, development, and growth within the defense and commercial technology markets.
